Furnishings
Our furnishing service includes space planning, furniture layouts, curated selections, and detailed design presentations. We guide you through budgeting and material selections, provide renderings as needed, and manage all procurement and installation for a seamless, fully finished result.
Single Rooms $3,500–$5,500 per room
Full Home ~$10–$15/sf depending on scope
Projects typically include two or more rooms to ensure a cohesive and efficient design process.

Do you offer design services without construction?
No construction, no problem. We love furnishing projects!
For projects out of our San Diego service area that are remodels we are happy to collaborate with an outside contractor. For San Diego we will only take remodels we design and build.
How long does the design process typically take?
This varies depending on the project’s size and scope, but most of our design phases take about 6–8 weeks. This includes everything from initial concepts to finalized plans and material selections.
What’s the difference between hiring a design-remodel firm and hiring a separate designer and contractor?
With a design-remodel firm, you get one team that handles everything from the creative design to the construction execution. This means no juggling multiple companies, no miscommunications, and no finger-pointing. We design first, then build with the same team that knows your vision inside and out. Can you work from plans created by another designer?
We only build from our in-house design plans. One of the biggest benefits of working with a design-remodel firm is that everything is handled under one roof so your design vision, materials, and construction are all perfectly aligned from start to finish.
Do you also offer furnishings and décor services?
Yes! We love bringing a space to life through furnishings and décor. Whether it’s part of a remodel or a standalone design project, we can help you create a beautifully finished home that feels cohesive and complete.
At what stage should we contact you if we’re planning a remodel?
The earlier, the better! Because we take on a limited number of projects each season, reaching out early helps ensure we have space on our schedule. It also allows us to get to know you, discuss goals and timing, and reserve your spot when you’re ready to move forward.
