This cozy home in Clairemont was in desperate need of an upgrade! We took the galley kitchen and opened it up by removing the wall out in to the family area. This client also wanted two TVs in their family room (his and hers)  and with small children, storage and durability was a must.  We were able to design some unique custom pieces and create a lot of storage to make this a functional home for this stage of life!
